SUMMARY:Journalling for Mindful Care of Anxiety and Burnout
DESCRIPTION:In this 4-week course\, we will explore ways to access self-care\, self-awareness and self-compassion through the healing power of pen and paper. \n\n\n\nTogether we will find writing tools to help you calm your nervous system\, attend to your worries\, restore balance and refill your cup. \n\n\n\nIt will be peaceful\, informative and Fun! Please bring a journal or pad of paper\, a pen and the intention to playfully get to know yourself better.Facilitated by Suzannah Mills\, MACP\, RCC. Get to know your host:The first years of Suzannah’s career were spent as a Registered Massage Therapist. Alongside that work there always existed an abiding interest in the wholeness and holiness of this human experience. In her work as a counsellor now\, she accompanies clients on their unique journey\, helping them discover their authentic processes and meaning.
