Art Show & Studio Open House

We are excited to host our 3rd Art Show featuring local, Nanaimo artists in a variety of mediums! Art is a fundamental part of our humanity and engaging with art not only has significant benefits for our own wellness, lowering cortisol, boosting dopamine and helping us regulate stress, it also has significant benefits for our relationships helping us cultivate curiosity, critical thinking and empathy.
We are also excited to welcome our resident artists: Barbara Bickelson, J. Michael Fischer, Laurie Larkin-Boyle, Bethany Davis and Rin Coulter. Come and check out their studio space upstairs and their work in progress!
This is a free community event, come and reflect on art and nourish yourself at My Inner Harbour. Refreshments provided.
