Deepening Through Poetry: A Meditative Hour

Poetry invites us to slow down, pay attention and perhaps shift our perspective. Choosing from a variety of modern poets, facilitator Debra Thorne will guide participants through a practice of listening and noticing the particular insight or wisdom a poem might have for us.

Deepening Through Poetry will run every Tuesday from 11am-12pm except for statutory holidays.
