March Journalling Club

Journalling is a fabulous practice for our mental and emotional well-being. It helps us name what we’re experiencing, ask questions about it, and invite our wise self to show us what’s needed in this moment. Bring your favourite journal and pen and join Jessica for a facilitated evening of reflection. Both written journalling and collage or art journalling encouraged!
