Mom’s Morning Reset March 23

Nanaimo Moms, you’re invited to start your week off well! Mom’s Morning Reset is your chance to get out of the house, connect with other parents and engage in your own self-care with childcare provided.
Our typical morning will look like:
9:00-9:30 arrive and get kids settled into the Kids Area with Luisa.
9:30-10:30 facilitated self-care time for the moms downstairs with Jessica, kids supervised by Luisa upstairs
10:30-11:30 option to socialize with the other moms, do further independent self-care or head back upstairs to play with your child.
11:30-12:00 pack up and head home.
The goal is for kids to be comfortable playing in our Children’s Area supervised by Luisa, our childcare facilitator, and for moms to get some facilitated connection and self-care time with Jessica, our Founder. We know plans need to stay flexible with kids, so we will adjust and adapt to the needs of the kids attending.
Our hope is to support your children by providing a chance to explore a little independence and to support moms by providing a chance to debrief with other parents, focus on your own needs for minute and engage in variety of self-care practices to fill your own cup.
This event is geared toward moms with young kids at home, however all moms are welcome!
Mom’s Morning Reset will run for 6 weeks. Spring session runs February 23-March 30th. Attend just the dates that work for you or come for all of them.
Free for members. Use your 10 Visit Flex Pass or pay $15 drop-in per session or $75 for all 6 weeks.
