Pelvic Health Seminar – Oxan Collective

April 23 @ 6:30 pm 8:00 pm

Healthy pelvic floor guidelines for strength, recovery, movement, and longevity.

Your pelvic floor plays a critical role in core stability, athletic performance, and long-term movement health, yet it’s one of the most misunderstood components of the body.

In this in-person seminar, Athletic Therapist Dana Lainchbury, who specializes in pelvic floor therapy and women’s health, will guide participants through the essential foundations of pelvic floor health for any phase or stage of life. This session will explore how the pelvic floor functions as part of the core system and how it is influenced by exercise, impact, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and aging.

Participants will learn and move together through practical, evidence-based strategies to help support a functional, resilient pelvic floor, improve movement efficiency, and reduce the risk of common pelvic health issues that can affect performance and quality of life.

This seminar is designed to empower attendees with a deeper understanding of their body and provide actionable guidance that can be applied to training, daily movement, and long-term health.
