Self-Care Saturday

Self-care Saturday operates exactly the same as our regular weekday hours. Our space is intended to be self-guided and drop-in friendly, similar to a gym, but for your mental & emotional health. You can move freely between our 4 self-care rooms that support different areas of you: Mind, Body, Spirit and Community, for as little or as long as you like. It’s simply an extra day to enjoy My Inner Harbour if you prefer weekend self-care!

• No booking required
• Come and go as you like
• No facilitator or class, self-led practices
• Materials and prompts available for use in each room
