In this 4-week course, we will explore ways to access self-care, self-awareness and self-compassion through the healing power of pen and paper.

Together we will find writing tools to help you calm your nervous system, attend to your worries, restore balance and refill your cup.

It will be peaceful, informative and Fun! Please bring a journal or pad of paper, a pen and the intention to playfully get to know yourself better.
