What is My Inner Harbour?

My Inner Harbour is a membership-based community self-care centre.

My Inner Harbour is your place to

  • pause and notice how you're doing,
  • reflect on how best you can care for yourself and
  • connect with yourself and others through provided activities and materials.

My Inner Harbour provides materials and prompts to engage in three different areas of self-care:

Body

(breath work, stretching, nervous system soothing)

Mind

(journalling, therapeutic worksheets, values work)

Spirit

(collage, watercolour, colouring, poetry)

We also provides a children's area, a community room for social connection, and a co-working office.

Drop in for a tour to find out more!

Arriving at My Inner Harbour:

We are located in a heritage house set back from the road on Wallace St between Campbell and Wentworth. We also have an entrance off of Richards St at the back of the building with a few parking spots available.

When you arrive, please ring the doorbell and staff will welcome you inside! Already a member? Sign in with your membership number.

Not a member yet? You're always welcome to come in for a free tour of our space!

After signing in, choose a space and materials and give yourself the gift of rest, reflection and reconnection! Want some help getting started? Jessica and Savanna are available to help you make the most of our space.
