FAQs

1. How do I sign up?

The easiest way to sign up is to go to the "Join Us" page, choose the membership level you would like and walk through the online steps to complete registration. You will be sent an email with a password to set up your account.

2. Do I have to manually pay every month?

No. Our system is set up for automatic recurring payments. If you do not want to have payments automatically charged to your account, please log in to your account and change your payment settings.

3. Do I need to print out the daily drop-in pass or 10 Visit Pass?

No. Our platform requires us to have a digital download for non-membership based purchases, however you do not need to print the download. We receive a confirmation of purchase email that allows us to track drop-in passes. For the 10 Visit Pass, please let staff know that you are using one of your visits and we will record it in our system.

4. Are all events free for members?

Events that are hosted and facilitated by My Inner Harbour are free for members. Events that are hosted and facilitated by other local practitioners may have an associated fee or donation request. Fees are usually marked clearly in the event description. For example: "Free for members, $10 for non-members" or "$15 for members, $25 for non-members." If you are unsure about whether an event is a My Inner Harbour event, please contact us at myinnerharbour @ gmail.com.

5. Is My Inner Harbour a non-profit?

No. Setting up and running a non-profit comes with its own particular set of challenges, so we are currently a sole-proprietorship. The goal is to get My Inner Harbour to a financially sustainable place (covering our lease, supplies and staff salaries) and then use any potential surplus to invest back into our community, supporting local mental health initiatives.

6. Is there parking?

Yes! We have about 5 or 6 parking spots at the back of our building off of Richards Street. There is also 2 hour street parking around the neighbourhood and a fairly large pay parking lot at the corner of Richards and Wentworth.
