Not sure what My Inner Harbour is or uncertain of how to use the space? Come to our orientation!

We will start with a tour of the building and then spend 10-15 minutes each in the Body, Mind & Spirit Room engaging in a guided exploration of some of the materials and activities.

There will be time afterwards to ask questions or explore further on your own.
