Curious about how My Inner Harbour? Wondering how it could support your mental, emotional and social health? The Monthly Orientation gives you an opportunity to check out the space and participate in facilitated activities in each room.

We'll take a tour of the building and then spend 10-15 minutes in each of the main rooms: Community, Body, Mind, and Spirit.
