Join us for our third Community Conversation series - Friendship 101.

A thoughtful discussion on the "How To's" of Friendship. How do we make friends? How do we be a good friend? How do we know when a friendship isn't serving us anymore? And much more!

Our panel includes:

Christina Hebert is a Life Coach passionate about connection and friendship. Her coaching practice focused on friendship as an often overlooked, yet vital part of our overall health and well-being.

Crystal Lee has a Masters in Public Health, is a Holistic Career Coach and is a committed community builder. She runs the After-Work Hangouts here at My Inner Harbour every Tuesday evening!

Andrew Bertram is a Registered Clinical Counsellor at The Therapy Place, who uses experiential and relational tools to help clients move toward healing. Andrew brings therapeutic insight into what makes relationships healthy.

Alyssa Rodgers is the founder of @momclubnanaimo. Craving connection and community as a new mom, Alyssa created the Mom Club as a way to meet other moms who share an interest in building community, exploring the island, and staying active.

This is a free event, with limited seating, so please RSVP to save your spot. See you there!
