Poetry invites us to slow down, pay attention and perhaps shift our perspective. Choosing from a variety of modern poets, facilitator Debra Thorne will guide participants through a practice of listening and noticing the particular insight or wisdom a poem might have for us.

Starting September 16th, Deepening Through Poetry will run every Tuesday from 11am-12pm in 4 week cycles.

Free for members of My Inner Harbour. Suggested donation of $10 for non-members. Cash or e-transfer to debradthorne@gmail.com.
