Self-care Pulse Checks are designed to help you practice checking in on yourself on a regular basis. How are you really doing? What do you need? Pause for 30 minutes and give yourself the gift of compassionate listening.
Mondays we'll use body-based strategies like movement, breathing and meditation to check in.
Wednesdays take time to check in with your mind through journalling, therapeutic worksheets, and reading.
Thursdays let your creativity speak through art prompts using collage, colouring, and paint.
No experience necessary, just a willingness to practice compassion toward yourself!
