The Power of Nervous System Variability

Maybe you have spent a lot of your life trying to calm down. Settle. Even out. Be less.
What if that was never the point?
Your nervous system isn’t broken — it’s brilliantly, beautifully variable. It moves through states the way weather moves through a landscape. And when you understand that range, when you can feel it and work with it rather than against it — everything changes.
Over six weeks we’ll use somatic practices to explore your nervous system from the inside out.
This is not about becoming calm. It’s about becoming fluent.
What to expect:
Each session runs 75 minutes in a small, intentional group of ten women maximum. Every week will be led with experiential practices such as gentle movement, breath awareness, guided mindfulness and sensory exploration, woven together with educationat points to make sense of what your body is telling you and empower you with the tools to find calm when anxiety runs high.
You won’t be put on the spot. You won’t be asked to share. You’ll simply be guided, held, and given space to notice.
All levels of ability are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
